Pokemon Poker

Pokemon Poker is an estimation tool for agile teams that reimagines classic Planning Poker using the Pokémon universe. Instead of traditional numbered cards, participants vote with their favorite Pokémon to estimate the effort of user stories during Scrum planning sessions. This makes planning meetings more entertaining and helps reduce the pressure that sometimes accompanies team estimations.

The project is built with Next.js and deployed on Vercel, offering a real-time experience where all team members can join a room, pick their Pokémon, and reveal estimations simultaneously. The source code is publicly available on GitHub under the pretxel username, inviting the community to explore the implementation, report issues, or contribute improvements.
